The creepy porn lawyer, Michael Avenatti has announced a lawsuit against Tucker Carlson on behalf of the faggot Latino immigrant that harrassed Tucker and his family at a restaurant back in October. Avenatti put out a video on his youtube and twitter that he claimed showed that Tucker Carlson and his son had assaulted Avenatti’s client. But the video really shows nothing of the sort.
Tucker Carlson immediately made a statement regarding the incident, stating that his teenage daughter was verbally abused by the middle-aged Latino man, which then led to the confrontation. But apart from the latino man getting wine thrown in his face, there was no assault.
“On October 13, I had dinner with two of my children and some family friends at the Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, Virginia. Toward the end of the meal, my 19-year-old daughter went to the bathroom with a friend. On their way back through the bar, a middle aged man stopped my daughter and asked if she was sitting with Tucker Carlson. My daughter had never seen the man before. She answered: ‘That’s my dad,’ and pointed to me. The man responded, ‘Are you Tucker’s whore?’ He then called her a ‘f—— c—.’
“My daughter returned to the table in tears. She soon left the table and the club. My son, who is also a student, went into the bar to confront the man. I followed. My son asked the man if he’d called his sister a ‘whore’ and a ‘cunt.’ The man admitted he had, and again become profane. My son threw a glass of red wine in the man’s face and told him to leave the bar, which he soon did.
“Immediately after the incident, I described these events to the management of the Farmington Country Club. The club spent more than three weeks investigating the incident. Last week, they revoked the man’s membership and threw him out of the club.
“I love my children. It took enormous self-control not to beat the man with a chair, which is what I wanted to do. I think any father can understand the overwhelming rage and shock that I felt seeing my teenage daughter attacked by a stranger. But I restrained myself. I did not assault this man, and neither did my son. That is a lie. Nor did I know the man was gay or Latino, not that it would have mattered. What happened on October 13 has nothing to do with identity politics. It was a grotesque violation of decency. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.”
The creepy porn lawyer, Avenatti then goes on Twitter to accuse Tucker of lying, claiming his client had not verbally abused Tucker’s teenage daughter. Avenatti claims that ‘before the video started’ Tucker told the man to “go back where you came from.”
However, more than a few things smell rather fishy about the creepy porn lawyer’s claims. First of all and most glaringly, when you have an ongoing lawsuit you don’t start by sharing all of the details of the case on social media. In fact, lawyers always tell their clients not to talk about an ongoing legal case. Given that Avenatti is a lawyer, even of the creepy porn variety, this fact alone shows that Avenatti is not serious about the case and this is simply a method of harassing Tucker Carlson and his family.
Secondly, if Avenatti’s client did nothing to provoke the situation then how did it happen?
It’s hard to believe that Tucker took his family to a night out at a restaurant in order to attack an immigrant.
Thirdly, in the video, while you do see a verbal altercation, you really don’t see any assault or battery of any kind.
There was clearly no assault going on here, but Tucker and his family sound understandably upset. It really just looks like Tucker is telling him to get the fuck out of there.

Remember when creepy porn lawyer was completely REKT on Tuckers show?
You really don't have to wonder at Avenatti's motives for this harassment.
Tucker Carlson's home has been under siege by Antifa for days, where mobs of leftists were chanting "we know where you sleep." A clear threat to Tucker Carlson and his family, including his children. This was after Tucker's home address was posted on Twitter by leftists, and left up for days by the NPC's at Twitter support, who did not suspend the account.
There is a clear and sustained campaign of harassment against Tucker right now by the left, and the creepy porn lawyer is looking to cash in.
