Verified Journalist Jon Levine has tweeted that telling journalists to “learn to code” will now be considered abusive behavior and in violation of Twitter’s terms of service.

Its confirmed accounts are actually getting locked and suspended for tweeting "learn to code."
However, it wasn't that long ago that journalists were telling ordinary American workers to do just that.

Just to put this into perspective the learn to code meme began on 4-chan in push back against the many mainstream journalists that arrogantly told American workers, who were laid-off mainly as a result of outsourcing, to learn to code. And now Twitter are suspending accounts for saying just that to the verified journalists recently laid off.
On the other hand, Twitter has taken no action against death threats to the Covington high school students. What we have here is yet another example of silicon valley using censorship to protect the mainstream narrative at all costs.

#learntoweld works too.
