>Still Trusting in Your Government in 2019

A collection of stories of intelligence agencies being shady and shitty

I can’t believe normies still trust the government. Seriously there are several well-documented, self-admitted oversteps by the government in the past 70 years. So many, in fact, that you’d have to wonder why people trust it at all. From starting coups to probable insider trading using intelligence gathered on the job there isn’t much they don’t get into that is shitty and illegal. That being said, let’s get into it!

Southern capital and management company

An insurance agency made in the 1960s to cover equipment and special agents to keep civilians in the insurance agencies in the dark. It has since branched out into owning an entire investment portfolio for the CIA with no oversight from the SEC or other regulatory bodies. Even more concerning is the fact that we have no idea if they coordinate with the CIA and NSA to make insider trades with their intel from spying on THE ENTIRE FUCKING WORLD.

University professors are basically intel assets

In 1977 the new york times (when they did actual journalism) exposed the Governments (and allied governments) relationship with Princeton University. A program headed by a one Hadley Cantril was created to use polling as a weapon and force the bias or SOE world view. Princeton would create polls and tweak the results to attack unpopular viewpoints and get conformist normies to fall in line and to pressure Congress into doing things that might be against majority opinion.  They would also give the actual results to the CIA for them to find better vectors for their propaganda.

For example in WW2 British intelligence infiltrated Gallup polling with a spy named David Ogilvy. He ran a poll that he tweaked the results to say 80% of draft age men supported a draft.  With this poll, FDR started the draft.  The real numbers of supporters were probably around 35%. He did this with the help of Hadley Cantril. Talk about foreign election interference! Later on, Cantril went on to work at NORC (National opinion research center) during the cold war for polling for the intel agencies.

Congress for cultural freedom

A program designed to control public opinion in America by creating fake consensus in American media. An offshoot of project mocking bird, which we will talk about. They owned over 60 American and British media publications After it was exposed to the press by proto populist congressmen Wright Patman (D-TX)  at a press conference. They would astroturf majority opinion by citing each other and supporting each other in the press.

After they were exposed they changed their name to the kern institute to work on "international terrorism" in the late 70s/ early 80s.... right as the mujahadeen were getting their start. Almonds activated

Operation Gladio

Originally designed to be a "stay behind unit" in case of Soviet invasion in Italy,  They quickly got into bombings for FALSE FUCKING FLAG OPERATIONS.

Although Vincenzo Vinciguerra had already revealed its existence during his 1984 trial no one seemed to notice until Giulio Andreotti revealed it to the Italian people in 1990.

Gladio was trying to influence politics through strategies of tension. By putting pressure on the populace through funding far-right terrorists and coups they would keep the populace with an enemy ready and present to avoid apathy at a societal level culminating in a false flag bombing in Spain that killed several civilians.  Swiss historian Daniele Ganser documented this in his 2005 book  NATO secret armies.

Peer Henrik Hansen, a scholar at Roskilde University would later attack the book calling it "conspiracy theories"

What was I just talking about how professors are basically intel assets?

Operation Mocking bird

Uncovered in the family jewel report, this was a plot to head the American media off at the pass by being gatekeepers for acceptable editorial opinion and excerpt control over editorial staff in mainstream media. They also wiretapped several journalists to get dirt for use in blackmail. It is alleged that at the time of the family jewels report that anywhere from 50 to 300 editors inside the mainstream media were intelligence assets and taking direct orders from the CIA on what to publish and not publish. The names of these assets were never revealed and could still be working today in American media.

These are lesser known organizations that the intelligence community has been found working to affect the American public. I didn't bother including MK ultra or the Tonkin Gulf incident because everyone knows those. These are just food for thought, why do we continue to let these agencies exist?
