Anime Right News (ARN) — Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter, has a longtime underlying relationship with the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). He has spoken at CGI University a number of times, typically engaging with others, such as with former U.S. President Bill Clinton. Clinton launched CGI back in 2007.

One of Dorsey’s first speeches at CGI University goes back to the early years of Twitter in 2010.

In St. Louis, Missouri, in April of 2013, Dorsey's exchange with speakers & subsequent speech at CGI included the attendance of Israeli students.

He said he found the discussions led by former President Bill Clinton and his daughter, Chelsea Clinton, inspiring. He singled out the exchange between Clinton and Jack Dorsey, founder of Twitter and CEO of Square, as one he particularly liked. Dorsey is a graduate of Bishop DuBourg High School.

“Dorsey told how he went from concept to idea,” Reuveni said. “It’s good to hear success stories and be inspired by them.”
