Fix 2: Fixed an issue that could cause Mattis and Delgado’s weapons to not appear.

Repair: Fixed an issue that could cause data transfer to not start after placing a data center.
Fix 2: Fixed an issue where the docking message on a Legacy ship would be lost if the player disconnected from the Legacy and then reloaded the save before starting the mission.

Repair: Fixed an issue where players would remain stuck on a chair in the Ryujin Industries HQ meeting room.

Other fixes
