Publisher Microids and developer Pendulo Studios shared this IGN a new gameplay by Tintin Reporter: Cigars of the Pharaoh in which we could appreciate first hand the beautiful artistic part some exploration sections, solving puzzles and even from QTE (Quick Time Event) and pilot small airplanes in the middle of a big valley. “In this new story, the famous reporter and his faithful canine companion, Mil, will go on extraordinary adventures After meeting Professor Sarcfago during a cruise through the Mediterranean Sea, the famous reporter sets off in search of the tomb of Pharaoh Kih-Oskh.. What dark secrets does the tomb hold? From Egypt to India and across Arabia, Tintin will end up investigating a gigantic drug trafficking network across the East,” says the description of the video game that those responsible offer.
A classic adventure game
It combines the best elements of adventure and investigation games. The play invites the player to dress up as an investigator and reporter: Search, infiltrate to find clues and solve puzzles through investigative dialogues enriched with cinematics, stages of infiltration or even chases by plane or car. Tintin Reporter: Cigars of the Pharaoh offers “unique and innovative gameplay” so that everyone can experience the adventure as a real reporter. There is no specific release date for the title yet, but we do know that it will be coming to PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC consoles.
